Starter: warm fresh bread with olive oil or toast with olive oil and garlic
1st course: crab pate served with mini toast
2nd course: skinless horse mackerel
3rd course: traditional Algarve cockles in corn porridge
4th course: roast pork fillet with garlic, parsley, olive oil and lemon
5th course: shrimp in bread porridge
6th course: mini dom rodrigo (traditional dessert from the Algarve - "angel hair". A delicate and sweet dessert with egg, cinnamon and almonds)

This was the origin of the name Algarve, with deep similarities in the Arabic architectural, linguistic and artistic heritage.
