Itinerary
- Arrival and welcome at the wellness center, followed by access to the selected experience, including jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, or wellness circuits. Free time to relax and enjoy the facilities before the end of the experience.
What to Know
- Use of the wellness center is subject to prior reservation
- Circuit durations must be respected according to the booking
- Minors are only allowed when accompanied by a responsible adult
- Not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with medical conditions without prior assessment
- Users must follow the rules of each area (jacuzzi, sauna, and steam bath)

Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit if the cancellation is made up to 24 hours before the start of the activity. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in the event of cancellation by the operator due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us by phone to cancel or to ask any questions about cancellations and refunds. In case of no-show, the full price will be charged.
