AllGarbe: Traditional cuisine with origins from the sea, a meeting point for fish and seafood lovers.

Historically called Algarbe Alandalus (Gharb al-Ândalus), it was the western part of Moorish Andalusia. This is the origin of the name Algarve, with deep similarities in Arabic architectural, linguistic, and artistic heritage. It is the history, customs, and soul of this region that we preserve in our name and in our walls, adorned with traditional blue tile panels reflecting the grandeur of the “people of our land” – Portimão.

This is a fully Algarvian restaurant, with a team composed almost entirely of local staff. All products are local and fresh, preserving the flavors of each dish in its traditional preparation.

From the sea, we bring to your table the fresh fish of our coast, slowly grilled to maintain all the juices that make your mouth water. Not forgetting the queen of Portimão, also featured in our logo – the beautiful sardine, famous for being grilled over charcoal and eaten on fresh bread soaked in the fish juices, served with a delicious Algarvian salad with oregano and peppers.
